First of all, Herbie Hancock, best album? An album which was unknown until last month. A tribute album to Joni Mitchell full of covers of her songs? Get the fuck outta here! I mean come on, kanYe shoulda won that hands down, Graduation was on everyone's iPod, damn it had a song for everyone "Stronger" was the white hip-hop anthem of last year, "Can't Tell Me Nothing" had the streets on lock, "Good Life" was just straight up fire, a MJ sample couldn't go wrong could it? And the upcoming single "Flashing Lights" video hasn't even been released (coming Tuesday/Wednesday) and it's received an enormous amount of radio play & a highly respectable position on the charts.

Plus Ye & Common, Best Rap Performance By A Duo, man fuck that UGK got robbed! How is it that a relatively unknown Chi-Town collab beat a "International Player's Anthem" from arguably two of the best duos in any genre of music, UGK & OutKast?

Also Mark Ronson best producer? Anyone care to elaborate on why Timothy didn't win? Damn Timbo was on every record on the week, goddamit. 2 albums in the top 10 most selling of 2007, Nelly Furtado's "Loose" & Justin's "FutureSex/LoveSounds" were solely produced by Timbo. I gotta give Ronson credit for the work on Amy Winehouse's record & other ventures but he didn't half deserve as much as Timbaland. Talking of Wino, yes "Rehab" deserved to win Record Of The Year, but does a crack fiend deserve a Grammy?

I don't know about next year but until then, FUCK THE GRAMMYS...
